Payment Delivery Policy
When is payment requested and payment due?
Payment is processed immediately after the treatment delivery (in the case of Gift Vouchers, these are paid for online in advance of treatment)
If payment is made in advance of completion, how long after payment will the service be completed?
Gift Vouchers are valid for four months from the purchase date, this is staged on the website and also noted on the gift voucher issued.
What happens after payment is made? (email confirmation, the customer will receive a call, etc?
For gift vouchers purchased online, a receipt will be emailed after payment is made and an electronic copy of the gift voucher will be emailed through. For transactions done in-clinic, a receipt can be printed or emailed after payment.
Refund Policy
What happens if someone wants to cancel the service before it is completed?
Gift Vouchers can be refunded on request by the original purchases (they are not exchanged for cash by the recipient. A cancellation fee may apply where less than 24 hours notice is provided.
What happens if they are not happy with the service after it is completed?
If you are unhappy with the service after it is completed, we will discuss this with you to further understand and for continuous improvement purposes. No refunds are given after treatment has been provided.
Full refunds will be offered for services with major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law.
N/A as there is no fault/defect with the types of services we provide as they are personal services with treatment on the client's body.
What are the steps that someone must follow for the above?
To request a refund of a Gift Voucher, please contact us via email or phone, noting refunds are only applicable for Gift Vouchers, not for treatments already provided. For refunds of Gift Vouchers, these can only be requested before the voucher expiry date. Where refunds for Gift Vouchers are made, the funds will be refunded via the means obtained, i.e. to the card it was billed to.
